Why do we build?
We build because trails form connection between people, place, and create memories that last a lifetime. Growing up in Winnipeg, local trails were where many of my earliest riding experiences, friendships, and memories were made. Moving to British Columbia opened my eyes to an entirely new scale and variety of mountain biking, and with it, a new direction for my life.
That shift led me to pursue a career in the sport. Starting on the Silver Star trail crew, then working as a bike mechanic in Whistler, and later serving as General Manager of Air Rec Center Indoor Bike Park from 2017 to 2023. Today, I am the Director of Operations at Trail Co Inc.

Who We Build For?
We build for the people we love riding with.
Me and my dad were both born and raised on the North Shore, where the mountains are so steep there wasn’t much to do except let gravity take you down. We both grew up hooked on that feeling of flying through the rain forest on bikes. The coast bike trails, an unbelievable network of rock and cedar clinging to any bench cut the terrain allowed for! Witnessing the devotion, creativity and joy of the riders it was easy to get caught in the passion. Im so grateful to be apart of this industry!
That’s what we carry forward.
We build trails so I can keep riding with my dad.
So I can ride with my wife.
So others can experience the same sense of flow, challenge, community and joy.
